NV-1200 SHV-U Fume cupboard with plumbing and countertop made of granite tiles
NV-1200 SHV-U Fume cupboard with plumbing and countertop made of granite tiles
from 48 282 ₽
The Kors NV-1200 SHV-U laboratory fume hood is a single—frame cabinet with a ceramic granite countertop 1100 mm wide and a small built-in polypropylene sink. External dimensions of the cabinet (W×D×H): 1100×700×1960 mm. Dimensions of the working area (W×D×H): 1068×540×750 mm. Table top: granite tiles. Reliable fume cupboard for laboratories The cabinet is available in two versions: with a hood from the lower cabinet and without it. In a cabinet with a hood, various aggressive reagents can be stored, in a cabinet without a hood, it is better to store only laboratory glass or instruments. Working surface material: porcelain tile. It is moisture-resistant and perfectly withstands high temperatures. It is resistant to prolonged exposure to concentrated acids, alkalis and organic solvents. Limited resistance to hydrofluoric acid. This is one of the most popular types of countertops for laboratory furniture. The small sink-drain is made of polypropylene, resistant to aggressive chemicals. Its diameter is 135 mm and its depth is 110 mm. The base of the cabinet is made on an all-welded metal frame in powder coating. The side laminated panels (chipboard 16 mm thick) are edged on the facade with a durable PVC edge 2 mm thick, which increases their impact resistance and mechanical strength. The cabinet legs are adjustable in height within two centimeters, allowing you to place the cabinet even on a fairly uneven floor. Working area of the fume cupboard The working area is closed by one lifting frame with a counterweight. It has two exhaust zones: the hood of the exhaust box and the level of the countertop. Diameter of the flange for connection to the ventilation system: 150 mm. Working area size (W×D×H): 1068×540×750 mm. Please note that the cabinet narrows upwards. At a height of 50 cm, the depth of the working area will be 410 mm, at a height of 70 cm: 365 mm. If you need to place high equipment, then make sure that it is small enough in length, otherwise you will not be able to close the cabinet. The working area is illuminated by a fluorescent lamp (included in the package). The switch is located on the right side of the cabinet, next to the sockets. The fume cupboard is equipped with two sockets, one of them with grounding. Sockets have the IP20 degree of protection, maximum load: 1.5 kW. What are the other options? If you need to place large equipment, you may be interested in the cabinets for muffle furnaces. Also in the line there are large cabinets with plumbing fixtures: NV-1500 NV-U and two-frame NV-1500 SHV-U and NV-1800 SHV-U.

UN-5 Magnetizing device
UN-5 Magnetizing device
from 83 000 ₽
The principle of operation of the magnetization device: The device consists of two compact blocks made of non-magnetic material connected by a flexible magnetic circuit. In each block there is a permanent magnet made of neodymium-iron-boron alloy (Ne-Fe-B). When installing the blocks on the surface of the part, a closed magnetic circuit is formed with the direction of the magnetizing field from one pole to the other. Above the defect scattering fields, magnetic powder particles are deposited to form an indicator pattern. Design features and advantages of the device for magnetic particle control UN-5 The delivery package with the device includes a portable case, an inter-pole jumper installed during transportation, and a liner for fixing blocks with permanent magnets. The UN-5 portable device does not require electrical power and therefore can be used where the supply of stationary power is difficult or impossible under regulatory documents: in the field, when working at height, for inspection of capacitive equipment operating under pressure, etc. - The device is easy to use, lightweight and small-sized, working with it does not require special physical and technical training from the operator; - Flexible magnetic core allows you to use the device to control parts of complex shape; - The UN-5 magnetizing device is distinguished by an increased quality of the indicator pattern and an increased control zone due to a reduced uncontrolled zone near the poles and an improved ratio of the normal and tangential components of the magnetic field (Russian patent No. 60732); - The technical characteristics of the device comply with Russian and foreign regulatory documents, this being the reason of its widespread use in more than 40 countries, including Germany, France, Brazil and Norway. When monitoring, the controlled area is the central part of the area located between the magnetic poles of the device. The width of the monitored area is determined by the width of the magnetic poles of the device and is approximately 60 mm. The length of the monitored section depends on the inter-pole distance. the dimensions of the controlled area are given depending on the device's inter-pole distance: Inter-pole distance, mm 95: 75 55 Controlled area between the working poles, mm: 60x60 40x60 25x55 The length of the defect detection zone depends on the distance established between the working poles of the magnet on the controlled product. Defects are not detected in the areas adjacent to the poles of the magnet. The length of these sections is 18 mm with an interpolar distance of 95 and 75 mm. With an interpolar distance of 55 mm these sections are 13 mm long. Scope of application: Magnetizing devices for magnetic powder flaw detection are used in many industries, including railway, water and aviation transport, in the construction and operation of pipelines, in chemical and petrochemical production. The flexible link between the magnetic blocks allows the control of products of complex shape, for example, cylindrical tanks, high-pressure apparatuses, main pipelines, etc. When checking for defects, the device can be used together with other auxiliary equipment for: - preliminary and subsequent demagnetization; - application of a magnetic indicator (which can be dry or in the form of an emulsion); - magnetoluminescent control (with ultraviolet lamps).

Gamma radiation detector threshold stationary SRPS-05D
Gamma radiation detector threshold stationary SRPS-05D
A simple and reliable device for monitoring the radiation situation in rooms where work is carried out with radioactive sources (substances, medications, installations). If the set threshold value of the dose rate is exceeded, the device gives a sound and light signal, controls external devices (for example, door locking devices). Purpose: measurement of the ambient dose equivalent of gamma radiation (MAED); sound and light alarm about exceeding the set threshold; activation of external signaling or actuating devices.
