High-temperature furnaces are capable of heating materials up to 1700 degrees. The scope of their application covers the heat treatment of various materials in an inert medium or vacuum. TULA-TERM furnaces are used for heat treatment of plastics, ceramics, metals, alloys, lacquers and other materials. The equipment allows sintering, annealing, soldering, quenching, drying, burning and molding. In industry, our installations are most often used for quenching parts and sintering hard alloys.

The complex includes: single-flow turbomolecular vacuum pump VGTN-400; frequency converter; set of mounting parts; operation manual. For connecting to the pre-vacuum pumping system, the pump is equipped with an ISO-KF25 exhaust flange. If necessary, it can be updated with an ISO-KF16 flange for purging the pump with inert gas. Pump cooling is combined. Based on the operating conditions, the complex can work both with forced air cooling and with water cooling. The working orientation in space is arbitrary. One of the key features of the pump is that a breakthrough of the atmosphere is possible. This has become possible due to the manufacture of a turbine from a solid billet and a special, rigid design of the bearing assembly.
