Hydraulic rack TSK-600
Hydraulic rack TSK-600
The hydraulic rack TSK-600 is an automated auxiliary equipment for creating pressure. It is used for checking pressure gauges, pressure transducers, pressure switches and other pressure systems used at the enterprise. The presence of a precision pressure regulator and a built-in amplifier allows a user to create the necessary pressure with a discreteness of 1 kPa easily and accurately. To ensure the operation of the rack in the entire range, it is necessary to have a reference pressure of 0.85 MPa which comes from an external pressure source: a compressor, a KIP air network, a gas cylinder. For operation within the range from 0 to 2.5 MPa, the supply of reference pressure is not required. The TSK-600 hydraulic rack can be manufactured in a version with 2, 3, 4, or 5 stainless steel output ports for setting the reference and verifiable SI. Each output port is equipped with a quick-release adapter with an internal thread M20x1.5 or G1/2, due to which the installation of verifiable SI does not require the use of wrenches. To protect the hydraulic system of the rack from contamination, a replaceable filter of 100 microns is installed in each output port, and the discharge of the working fluid is carried out through a separate discharge line to an external tank. Additionally, the rack can be equipped with measuring channels for checking pressure transmitters and with an alarm unit for ECM. TSK-600 is a unique solution for a metrological laboratory, which makes it possible to facilitate the work of personnel as much as possible and optimize the process of pressure SI verification. Features: • Easy to operate and maintain. • Setting and adjusting the pressure with the movement of one finger. • Multiple output ports for more efficient verification process. • The protection against contamination.
