The LP-800 flow-through water trap is installed on the inlet flange of the diffusion pump and is designed to reduce the flow of working fluid vapors into the pumped volume by condensing them on the cooled elements of the freezing device.

The 2ZVE-630/400R vacuum shutter with electromechanical drive equipped with 630 / 400mm conditional passages is designed to overlap vacuum systems in the range of operating pressures from 1x10-6do 1,07x105Pa (0,75x10–8do 800 mm Hg). The 2ZVE-630/400R shutter is pendulum-type. The 23VE-630/400R shutter is manufactured in climatic versions UHL (i.e. for moderate and cold climate) and O (i.e. general) 4 according to GOST standard 15150-69. The working environment is air or non–aggressive gases. It is not intended for use in fire hazardous and explosive industries. The 23VE-630/400R shutter meets the requirements of technical specifications TU 3648-040-00218526-2003. According to the method of protecting a person from electric shock, it belongs to Class I electrical equipment according to GOST 12.2.007.0-75.

The 2NVR-5DG UM4 pump is manufactured in the climatic version of UM 4 (i.e. for moderate climate) according to GOST standard 15150-69, but to be used at ambient temperature and pumped medium 283 K to 308 K (+10˚C to +35˚C). Electricity grid must meet the requrimemnts of GOST 13109-97. The 2NVR-5DG vacuum rotary vane pump meets the requirements of technical specifications TU 3648-006-00218526-2002. The 2NVR-5DG pump is refueled with VACMA OIL 100 working fluid. Monitoring of the level of the working fluid is ensured by the oil indicator, replenishment is neede when the level of the working fluid is below the minimum level of the oil indicator.

The ZVPlE-900 shutter consists of a housing with connecting flanges, a shutter mechanism, a lip seal to ensure the tightness of the drive element, cover, and electric drive. The shutter mechanism consists of a carriage, an upper and lower flap, which are pulled together by springs and balls. The carriage moves along the housing guides on bearings. The ZVPlE-900 shutter is opened and closed both by electric drive and manually using a flywheel. To switch to manual control mode, there is a switching device on the electric drive. The manual drive is used to adjust and regulate the shutter. ZVPlE-900 valves are manufactured in climatic versions UHL (i.e. for moderate and cold climate) and O (i.e. general) 4 according to GOST standard 15150-69.

The AVDM-250 high-vacuum unit is a structure consisting of a vacuum diffusion oil-vapor pump, a nitrogen trap, a vacuum gate, a frame or a plate. The principle of operation of the AVDM-250 unit is based on the pumping action of a vacuum diffusion steam oil pump. When the AVDM-250 unit is operating, liquid nitrogen is poured into the trap. Condensation of working fluid vapors occurs on the elements of the freezing device cooled with liquid nitrogen. The frame (plate) is designed for mounting the components of the unit. The ends of the wires are connected to a connector mounted on the frame of the AVDM-250 unit.

The 3VVN2-50(H) water ring vacuum pump is not intended for use in fire and explosion hazardous industries. The 3VVN2-50(H) vacuum water ring pump is manufactured in the climatic version of UHL 4 and O4 (i.e. for moderate and cold climate) according to GOST standard 15150-69, meets the requirements of technical specifications TU 3648-053-00218526-2013, designed and manufactured taking into account the requirements of GOST R 52615-2006.

Pumping out steam-gas mixtures is allowed only when the gas-ballast device is open. The NVR-0,1D vacuum plate-rotary pump is manufactured in the climatic version of UHL 4 (i.e. for moderate and cold climate) according to GOST standard 15150-69, but to be used at ambient temperature and pumped medium 283 K to 308 K (+10˚C to +35˚C). It meets the requirements of technical specifications TU 3648-021-00218526-2001, designed and manufactured taking into account the requirements of GOST R 52615-2006. The quality of electricity must meet the requrimemnts of GOST 53390-2009.

The 3KN-2,5 intake valve includes a nut, the filter is installed in the housing between the two rings. The opening of the inlet valve 3KN-2,5 is carried out when the electromagnet coil is de-energized and the armature returns to its original position under the mechanical pressure of the spring. The closure of the 3KN-2,5 intake valve occurs when an electric voltage of a certain power is applied to the terminals of the coil. The anchor is involved in the shoe, ensuring the closure of the ductal canal.
