The AVD-50/5 unit consists of a NVD-200 series-connected two-rotor vacuum pump and a 2NVR-5DM plate-rotor vacuum pump. 2NVR-5DM and NVD-200 pumps are installed on the lower and upper base of the frame and secured with bolts, nuts and washers. The pumps are connected to each other by means of a pipeline and a bellows assembly. By installing the rings during assembly of the unit, the size of the bellows assembly is set. The AVD-50/5 unit can operate continuously at an inlet pressure of no more than 133 Pa (1 mm Hg) or pumping out one or more sealed vessels with a total volume of 3.5 m3 from atmospheric to maximum residual pressure for 8 hours.

The LI-400 integrated flanged trap is installed inside the diffusion pump instead of the standard oil reflector, without increasing the overall dimensions of the diffusion pump. The LI-400 trap performs the function of an oil reflector, is installed instead of a standard oil reflector in pumps, has an additional number of cooled screens for capturing oil return flow vapors (more than that of the MU trap), covers the entire area of the input high-vacuum flange.

The 2NVR-5DM1 rotary vane vacuum pump is manufactured in the climatic version of UHL 4 (i.e. for moderate and cold climate) according to GOST standard 15150-69, but to be used at ambient temperature and pumped medium 283 K to 308 K (+10˚C to +35˚C). It meets the requirements of technical specifications TU 3648-006-00218526-2002. It is designed and manufactured taking into account the requirements of GOST R 52615-2006. Electricity grid must meet the requrimemnts of GOST 32144-2013

Mineral vacuum oil VACMA OIL 300 is made from high-quality base components with a composition of additives that improve operational properties, such as anti-wear, adhesive, anti-shock, anti-corrosion, demulsifying, anti-foam. The VACMA OIL 300 is used for vacuum booster steam oil pumps. The VACMA OIL 300 mineral vacuum oil is designed to work at a maximum of 80°C. If the temperature is increased to 90°C, the oil life will be reduced by half, if it is operated at very low temperatures, then water vapor can condense in the pump, thereby worsening the lubricating properties of the oil.

The ISO-KF connection (DIN 28 403 and ISO 2861) allows quick installation and replacement of components in vacuum systems. The connection consists of two symmetrical ISO-KF flanges (1), a centering ring with an O-ring seal (2) and a quick-release clamp (3). High-vacuum ISO-KF connections can be mounted without using a tool by simply turning the nut of the quick-release clamp.

The ZVpP-100 vacuum valve with pneumatic actuator equipped with 100mm conditional passages is designed to overlap vacuum systems in the pressure range from 1x10-6 to 1,07x105 Pa (from 0,75x10-8 to 800 mm Hg). The ZVpP-100 vacuum pneumatic shutter is manufactured in the climatic version of the UHL placement category 4 (i.e. for moderate and cold climate) according to GOST standard 15150-69. The working environment is air and non–aggressive gases. The temperature of the working environment is from plus 1°C to plus 40°C. The vacuum valve with a pneumatic actuator is not intended for use in fire and explosive hazardous industries. The ZVpP-100 vacuum pneumatic shutter consists of a mechanism, a housing and a pneumatic actuator. The pneumatic actuator includes a pneumatic cylinder, on the piston of which a permanent magnet is installed to determine its position by means of magnetic position sensors "Closed" and "Open" fixed on the cylinder body and a distributor into which compressed air is supplied through a fitting. The speed of the pneumatic cylinder in particular and the operation of the shutter as a whole are regulated by rotating the pneumatic throttle head, if the pneumatic throttle heads are fully tightened, then the speed of opening and closing the shutter will be maximum. The solenoid, powered by a connector, serves as a distributor control device and is applicable in standard production conditions where the relative humidity of the air is not higher than 75%.

The 2ZVE-160R vacuum shutter with electromechanical drive equipped with 160mm conditional passages is designed to overlap vacuum systems in the range of operating pressures from 1x10-6 to 1.07x105 Pa (0.75x10–8 to 800 mm Hg). The 2ZVE-160R shutter is pendulum-type. The 23VE-160R shutter is manufactured in the climatic version UHL (i.e. for moderate and cold climate) and O (i.e. general) 4 according to GOST standard 15150-69. The working environment is air and non–aggressive gases. It is not intended for use in fire and explosive hazardous industries. The 23VE-160R shutter meets the requirements of technical specifications TU 3648-040-00218526-2003. According to the method of protecting a person from electric shock, the gate belongs to Class I electrical equipment according to GOST 12.2.007.0-75.

The 3VVN1-25(H) water ring vacuum pump is not intended for use in fire and explosion hazardous industries. The 3VVN1-25(H) vacuum water ring pump is manufactured in the climatic version of UHL 4 and O4 (i.e. for moderate and cold climate) according to GOST standard 15150-69, meets the requirements of technical specifications TU 3648-053-00218526-2013, designed and manufactured taking into account the requirements of GOST R 52615-2006
