VACMA OIL 300 Mineral Vacuum Oil
VACMA OIL 300 Mineral Vacuum Oil
Mineral vacuum oil VACMA OIL 300 is made from high-quality base components with a composition of additives that improve operational properties, such as anti-wear, adhesive, anti-shock, anti-corrosion, demulsifying, anti-foam. The VACMA OIL 300 is used for vacuum booster steam oil pumps. The VACMA OIL 300 mineral vacuum oil is designed to work at a maximum of 80°C. If the temperature is increased to 90°C, the oil life will be reduced by half, if it is operated at very low temperatures, then water vapor can condense in the pump, thereby worsening the lubricating properties of the oil.

P-400 Flow Vacuum Trap
P-400 Flow Vacuum Trap
The LP-400(R) flow-through water trap is installed on the inlet flange of the diffusion pump and is designed to reduce the flow of working fluid vapors into the pumped volume by condensing them on the cooled elements of the freezing device.

AVDM-160 High vacuum diffusion unit
AVDM-160 High vacuum diffusion unit
The AVDM-160 high-vacuum unit consists of a vacuum diffusion oil-vapor pump, a nitrogen trap, a vacuum gate, a frame or a plate. The principle of operation of the AVDM-160 unit is based on the pumping action of a vacuum diffusion steam oil pump. When the AVDM-160 unit is operating, liquid nitrogen is poured into the trap. Condensation of working fluid vapors occurs on the elements of the freezing device cooled with liquid nitrogen. The frame (plate) is designed for mounting the components of the unit. The ends of the wires are attached to the connector fixed on the plate of the AVDM-160 units.

AVD-50/16 Two-rotor vacuum unit
AVD-50/16 Two-rotor vacuum unit
The AVD-50/16 unit consists of a NVD-200 series-connected two-rotor vacuum pump and a 2NVR-60D plate-rotor vacuum pump. The pumps are connected to each other by means of an adapter, which acts as both a pipeline and a support unit. The AVD-50/16 unit can operate continuously at an inlet pressure of no more than 133 Pa (1 mm Hg) or pumping out one or more sealed vessels with a total volume of 3.5 m3 from atmospheric to maximum residual pressure for 8 hours.

50M URS special manual vacuum angle valve
50M URS special manual vacuum angle valve
The body of the 50M URS valve is of welded construction and consists of a shell, a seat, side and lower nozzles. The lower branch pipe of the 50M URS valve is connected to the vacuum system using welding. The smooth part of the stem serves as a visual indicator of the "open" or “closed” valve positions. The casing is designed to protect the valve from accidental openings, and also serves as additional protection against precipitation, sand, dust entering the inner cavity of the valve. The valve opens when the flywheel rotates counterclockwise. The valve closes when the flywheel rotates clockwise.

ND-250 High-vacuum diffusion pump
ND-250 High-vacuum diffusion pump
The working condition of the ND-250(P) diffusion pump depends on the temperature of the working fluid in the pump boiler. During the initial filling, it is recommended to fill the maximum volume of the working fluid. Working fluid is "VACMA OIL 500" vacuum oil (under technical specifications TU 19.20.29-061-00218526-2019). The total amount of working fluid in the ND-250(R) diffusion pump is a maximum of 1.8 liters, a minimum of 1.3 liters. The viewing window for visual inspection of the working fluid has labels of its maximum and minimum amounts. During normal operation of the pump, the level of the working fluid almost does not change. The temperature of the working fluid when the pump is operating at the maximum residual pressure is about 240°C to 255°C. It is recommended to monitor the operation of heaters in the ND-250(R) diffusion pump using the same temperature sensor. The temperature sensor must be installed in a special radiator socket above the heater. If there is a loss of working fluid and an increase in the temperature of the radiators of the pump up to 320˚C, the temperature sensor must give the command to automatically turn off the heaters. The subsequent activation of the pump heaters should not be automatic and should be performed only after cooling the system. Water at the inlet to the cooling systems of the housing and the oil reflector must be supplied with a pressure of 0.3 MPa (3 kgf/cm2) to 0.5 MPa (5 kgf/cm2) and a temperature of plus 4°C to plus 25°C. The recommended cooling water consumption for the housing is 160 l/h, for the oil reflector it is 20 l / h. It is regulated by the outlet water temperature, which should not exceed plus 40°C. The water drain should be free (with a jet break).

2NVBM-500/12000 Booster High Vacuum Pump
2NVBM-500/12000 Booster High Vacuum Pump
The 2NVBM-500/12000 booster pump consists of housings, a steam pipe, a trap and a heater. The required effective speed of action of the pre-vacuum pump (pumps) at a pressure of 200 Pa (1.5 mm Hg) at the outlet of the booster pump is not less than 100 l/s. The maximum residual pressure of the 2NVBM-500/12000 pump measured by the PMI-2 manometric ionization converter with nitrogen filled into its trap, is no more than 6.6 × 10-4Pa (5 × 10-6 mm Hg). The pressure of the cooling water at the inlet to the pump 2NVBM-500/12000 should be from 0.2 to 0.5 MPa (from 2 to 5 kgf / cm2). The discharge from the pump should be free with a jet break. Cooling water consumption 1200 l/h. The total amount of working fluid for the 2NVBM-500/12000 pump is 65 liters, the level of working fluid should be between the upper and lower marks of the level gauge. Replacement or refilling of the working fluid depends on the operating mode of the pump (inlet pressure, pumping duration, etc.) and the composition of the pumped medium, so the time after which the working fluid is replaced or refilled can be 100 hours or more. A large flow rate of the working fluid is observed when the pump is operating in the input pressure range from 1.33 to 13.3 Pa (from 1 · 10-2 to 1 · 10-1 mm Hg). The operating mode of the pump in the range from 13.3 Pa (0.1 mmHg) to the maximum residual pressure is cyclically irregular.
