2VVN2-50 Water ring vacuum pump
2VVN2-50 Water ring vacuum pump
The use of a 2VVN2-50(H) water-ring vacuum pump for pumping out water-gas mixtures is allowed only if the bulk of the water is separated and discharged at the pump entrance. Failure to comply with this requirement may lead to unacceptable overload of the electric motor and destruction of the working parts of the 2VVN2-50(H) pump. The 2VVN2-50(H) vacuum water ring pump is manufactured in the climatic version of UHL 4 and O4 (i.e. for moderate and cold climate) according to GOST standard 15150-69, meets the requirements of technical specifications TU 3648-015-00218526-2000, designed and manufactured taking into account the requirements of GOST R 52615-2006. The quality of electricity must meet the requrimemnts of GOST 32144-2013.

LA-400 Nitrogen Vacuum Trap
LA-400 Nitrogen Vacuum Trap
The LA-400 nitrogen filling trap is installed on the inlet flange of the diffusion pump and is designed to reduce the flow of working fluid vapors into the pumped volume by condensing them on the elements of the freezing device cooled with liquid nitrogen.

2ZVE-160 Electromechanical Vacuum shutter
2ZVE-160 Electromechanical Vacuum shutter
The 2ZVE-160 vacuum shutter with electromechanical drive equipped with 160mm conditional passages is designed to overlap vacuum systems in the range of operating pressures from 1x10-6 to 1.07x105 Pa (0.75x10–8 to 800 mm Hg). The 2ZVE-160 shutter is pendulum-type. The 23VE-160 shutter is manufactured in the climatic version UHL (i.e. for moderate and cold climate) and O (i.e. general) 4 according to GOST standard 15150-69. The working environment is air and non–aggressive gases. It is not intended for use in fire and explosive hazardous industries. The 23VE-160 shutter meets the requirements of technical specifications TU 3648-040-00218526-2003. According to the method of protecting a person from electric shock, the gate belongs to Class I electrical equipment according to GOST 12.2.007.0-75.

LI-1000 Integrated Vacuum Trap
LI-1000 Integrated Vacuum Trap
The LI-1000 integrated flanged trap is installed inside the diffusion pump instead of the standard oil reflector, without increasing the overall dimensions of the diffusion pump. The LI-1000 trap performs the function of an oil reflector, is installed instead of a standard oil reflector in pumps, has an additional number of cooled screens for capturing oil return flow vapors (more than that of the MU trap), covers the entire area of the input high-vacuum flange.

NVD-600 Two-rotor Vacuum Pump
NVD-600 Two-rotor Vacuum Pump
The NVD-600 two-rotor vacuum pump is not designed for pumping air, vapors and vapor-gas mixtures from one volume to another. The NVD-600 two-rotor pump can only work in conjunction with a pre-vacuum pump, and is designed for pumping in the pressure range from 1.3·102Pa (1 mm Hg) to the maximum residual pressure. The speed of action of the forvacuum pump for NVD-600 is not less than 60 m3/h. The temperature of the pumped media at the inlet to the pump NVD-600 should not exceed the maximum operating values of the ambient temperature according to GOST standard 15150-69, at which the pump is operated. At an operating pressure of more than 5 mm Hg for the HVD-600, the bypass valve is in the open position. The pumped gas is partially bypassed through channels in the pump housing from the outlet to the inlet of the pump NVD-600, which ensures the operability of the pre-vacuum pump and prevents overheating of the pump NVD-600. The NVD-600 double-rotor vacuum pump can operate continuously at an inlet pressure of no more than 133 Pa (1 mm Hg) or pumping out one or more sealed vessels with a total volume of 7.5 m3 for the pump from atmospheric to the maximum residual pressure for 8 hours.

ND-250 High-vacuum diffusion pump
ND-250 High-vacuum diffusion pump
The working condition of the ND-250(P) diffusion pump depends on the temperature of the working fluid in the pump boiler. During the initial filling, it is recommended to fill the maximum volume of the working fluid. Working fluid is "VACMA OIL 500" vacuum oil (under technical specifications TU 19.20.29-061-00218526-2019). The total amount of working fluid in the ND-250(R) diffusion pump is a maximum of 1.8 liters, a minimum of 1.3 liters. The viewing window for visual inspection of the working fluid has labels of its maximum and minimum amounts. During normal operation of the pump, the level of the working fluid almost does not change. The temperature of the working fluid when the pump is operating at the maximum residual pressure is about 240°C to 255°C. It is recommended to monitor the operation of heaters in the ND-250(R) diffusion pump using the same temperature sensor. The temperature sensor must be installed in a special radiator socket above the heater. If there is a loss of working fluid and an increase in the temperature of the radiators of the pump up to 320˚C, the temperature sensor must give the command to automatically turn off the heaters. The subsequent activation of the pump heaters should not be automatic and should be performed only after cooling the system. Water at the inlet to the cooling systems of the housing and the oil reflector must be supplied with a pressure of 0.3 MPa (3 kgf/cm2) to 0.5 MPa (5 kgf/cm2) and a temperature of plus 4°C to plus 25°C. The recommended cooling water consumption for the housing is 160 l/h, for the oil reflector it is 20 l / h. It is regulated by the outlet water temperature, which should not exceed plus 40°C. The water drain should be free (with a jet break).
