ZVpP-100 Pneumatic Vacuum Shutter
ZVpP-100 Pneumatic Vacuum Shutter
The ZVpP-100 vacuum valve with pneumatic actuator equipped with 100mm conditional passages is designed to overlap vacuum systems in the pressure range from 1x10-6 to 1,07x105 Pa (from 0,75x10-8 to 800 mm Hg). The ZVpP-100 vacuum pneumatic shutter is manufactured in the climatic version of the UHL placement category 4 (i.e. for moderate and cold climate) according to GOST standard 15150-69. The working environment is air and non–aggressive gases. The temperature of the working environment is from plus 1°C to plus 40°C. The vacuum valve with a pneumatic actuator is not intended for use in fire and explosive hazardous industries. The ZVpP-100 vacuum pneumatic shutter consists of a mechanism, a housing and a pneumatic actuator. The pneumatic actuator includes a pneumatic cylinder, on the piston of which a permanent magnet is installed to determine its position by means of magnetic position sensors "Closed" and "Open" fixed on the cylinder body and a distributor into which compressed air is supplied through a fitting. The speed of the pneumatic cylinder in particular and the operation of the shutter as a whole are regulated by rotating the pneumatic throttle head, if the pneumatic throttle heads are fully tightened, then the speed of opening and closing the shutter will be maximum. The solenoid, powered by a connector, serves as a distributor control device and is applicable in standard production conditions where the relative humidity of the air is not higher than 75%.

2ZVE-250R Electromechanical vacuum shutter with gearbox
The 2ZVE-250R vacuum shutter with electromechanical drive equipped with 250mm conditional passages is designed to overlap vacuum systems in the range of operating pressures from 1x10-6 to 1.07x105 Pa (0.75x10–8 to 800 mm Hg). The 2ZVE-250R shutter is pendulum-type. The 23VE-250R shutter is manufactured in the climatic version UHL (i.e. for moderate and cold climate) and O (i.e. general) 4 according to GOST standard 15150-69. The working environment is air and non–aggressive gases. It is not intended for use in fire and explosive hazardous industries. The 23VE-250R shutter meets the requirements of technical specifications TU 3648-040-00218526-2003. According to the method of protecting a person from electric shock, the gate belongs to Class I electrical equipment according to GOST 12.2.007.0-75.

ND-1000 High vacuum diffusion pump
ND-1000 High vacuum diffusion pump
The working condition of the ND-1000 diffusion pump depends on the temperature of the working fluid in the pump boiler. During the initial filling, it is recommended to fill the maximum volume of the working fluid. The working fluid is "VACMA OIL 500" vacuum oil (under technical specifications TU 19.20.29-061-00218526-2019). The total amount of working fluid in the ND-1000 diffusion pump is a maximum of 23 liters, a minimum of 16 liters. The viewing window for visual inspection of the working fluid has marks of its maximum and minimum amounts. During normal operation of the pump, the level of the working fluid practically does not change. The temperature of the working fluid when the pump is operating at the maximum residual pressure is about 240°C to 255°C. It is recommended to monitor the operation of heaters in the ND-1000 diffusion pump using two temperature sensors. The temperature sensor must be installed in a special radiator socket above the heater. In the event that there is a loss of working fluid and an increase in the temperature of the radiators to 360 0C for the ND-1000 diffusion pump, the temperature sensor must give the command to automatically turn off the heaters. The subsequent activation of the pump heaters should not be automatic and should be performed only after cooling the system. Water at the inlet to the cooling systems of the housing and the oil reflector must be supplied with a pressure of 0.3 MPa (3 kgf/cm2) to 0.5 MPa (5 kgf/cm2) and a temperature of plus 4°C to plus 25°C. The recommended cooling water consumption for the housing is 1500 l/h, for the oil reflector 150 l / h and is regulated by the outlet water temperature, which should not exceed plus 40°C. The water drain should be free (with a jet break).

AVD-150/63 Two-rotor vacuum unit
AVD-150/63 Two-rotor vacuum unit
The AVD-150/63 unit consists of a series-connected two-rotor vacuum pump NVD-600 and a 2NVR-250D plate-rotary vacuum pump. The pumps are connected to each other by means of an adapter, which acts as both a pipeline and a support unit. The AVD-150/63 unit can operate continuously at an inlet pressure of no more than 133 Pa (1 mm Hg) or pumping out one or more sealed vessels with a total volume of 17.5 m3 from atmospheric to maximum residual pressure for 8 hours.

2NVBM-630/18000 Booster high vacuum pump
2NVBM-630/18000 Booster high vacuum pump
The 2NVBM-630(R)/18000 pump is designed for pumping out of sealed volumes of air, gases, vapors and vapor-gas mixtures that are non-aggressive to the materials of the structure and the working fluid of the pump in the range of inlet pressures from 13.3 to 6.6x10-2 Pa (from 1x10-1 to 5x10-4 mmHg.) and do not contain droplet moisture and mechanical impurities. The 2NVBM-630(R)/18000 pump is used in conjunction with pre-vacuum pumps as part of technological installations or systems in stationary conditions. The type of climatic version of UHL4 and O4 (i.e. for moderate and cold climate) according to GOST standard 15150-69, but it is intended for operation at ambient temperature from plus 10°C to plus 35°C for UHL4 and from plus 10°C to plus 45°C for O4, at cooling water temperature from plus 10°C to plus 20°C. The 2NVBM-630(R)/18000 pump is not intended for use in fire dangerous and explosive industries.

LI-1000 Integrated Vacuum Trap
LI-1000 Integrated Vacuum Trap
The LI-1000 integrated flanged trap is installed inside the diffusion pump instead of the standard oil reflector, without increasing the overall dimensions of the diffusion pump. The LI-1000 trap performs the function of an oil reflector, is installed instead of a standard oil reflector in pumps, has an additional number of cooled screens for capturing oil return flow vapors (more than that of the MU trap), covers the entire area of the input high-vacuum flange.

50M URS special manual vacuum angle valve
50M URS special manual vacuum angle valve
The body of the 50M URS valve is of welded construction and consists of a shell, a seat, side and lower nozzles. The lower branch pipe of the 50M URS valve is connected to the vacuum system using welding. The smooth part of the stem serves as a visual indicator of the "open" or “closed” valve positions. The casing is designed to protect the valve from accidental openings, and also serves as additional protection against precipitation, sand, dust entering the inner cavity of the valve. The valve opens when the flywheel rotates counterclockwise. The valve closes when the flywheel rotates clockwise.
