MICROPROCESSOR DEVICE FOR AUTOMATIC FREQUENCY UNLOADING PARMA UACHR 12
PARMA UACHR 12 is designed to eliminate the shortage of active power in the network by automatically turning off consumers when frequency decreases, followed by automatic re-activation of previously disconnected consumers when frequency is restored, as well as to eliminate the shortage of reactive power in the network by disconnecting consumers when voltage decreases, followed by automatic re-activation of previously disconnected consumers when voltage is restored.
PARMA UACHR 12 can perform the functions of dividing automation, be used at power plants and substations of power systems, as well as a device for local emergency automation of 0.4 kV networks as part of an automatic load control system.
PARMA UACHR 12 is the first microprocessor-based frequency unloading device in Russia that has received a certificate of compliance with the requirements of the standard of the organization of JSC "SO UES" STO 59012820.29.020.003-2016 "Relay protection and automation. Automatic emergency management of power systems modes. Microprocessor devices for automatic frequency unloading. Norms and requirements" No. NC11.SO.RU.0417.0001
One PARMA UACHR 12 device can replace a typical ACR circuit made on microelectronic or electromechanical relays of the RSG-11 type; RF-1, RF-2 and URCH-ZM
