The SHVM NVK 1200 MON+ is a metal fume cupboard with plumbing for work in the laboratory. The table top is made of monolithic ceramics, its width is 1200 mm.
External dimensions of the cabinet (W×D×H): 1260×750×2250 mm.

The table top is made of a single ceramic plate with a width of 1200 mm. The seamless monolith of the countertop provides the highest reliability and durability.
The ceramics are great for all chemical laboratories, including those that work with substances at high temperatures. It perfectly tolerates heat, is moisture-resistant, resistant to acids and alkalis. High-temperature equipment (drying cabinets, muffle furnaces) can be placed on the table top.
The cabinet is mounted on an all-welded metal frame covered with durable powder paint. All panels are made of polymer-coated metal. The front anti-spill side is made of AISI-316 polished stainless steel.
There are four exhaust zones in the working chamber: they are located in the hood of the exhaust box and above the level of the countertop. Diameter of the flange for connection to the ventilation system: 150 mm. The hood area is also made of metal.
The protective screen of the cabinet can be easily lifted with one hand. It folds up and when lifted does not increase the overall height of the cabinet. It is made of 4 mm tempered glass in an aluminum frame.
The small sink-drain is made of polypropylene, resistant to aggressive chemicals. Its internal dimensions: 218×115×122 mm. The faucet is made of brass and covered with polypropylene.
The sockets and the switch of the LED lamp are located outside the working area, on the right-hand side of the front panel of the cabinet. The sockets are splash-proof and designed for current up to 16 A and voltage up to 250 V. Next to the switch there is a toggle switch of the automatic emergency power off.
The reagents needed for work can be placed in the lower cabinet. The cabinet is also made of metal. It has three swing doors and one fixed shelf. It has its own hood (pipe diameter 100 mm), which can be connected to the general exhaust system of the cabinet using the nozzle included in the cabinet kit.

NV-1500 OSB: Chemically resistant plastic. It is a good choice for training workshops, analytical and medical laboratories. It does not tolerate high temperatures well, heating devices should not be placed on the surface.
NV-1500 OP: Polypropylene. It is chemically resistant, being a specialized solution for chemical laboratories that work a lot with concentrated inorganic acids and alkalis. It is not resistant to high temperatures.
A table for convenient work in the laboratory
The superstructure allows you to compactly place the necessary reagents and laboratory utensils next to the workplace. Its depth is 30 cm, and its height is 80 cm.
The working area on each side is illuminated by a fluorescent lamp (included in the package). The switch is located on the left-hand side of the superstructure. There are also two sockets, one of which is grounded. Sockets (with two on each side, there are four of them in total) have the IP20 degree of protection, maximum load: 1.5 kW.
