SHVP NVK 1600 KG Exhaust cupboard for muffle furnaces

An exhaust cabinet for heating furnaces.

The chamber of the laboratory fume cupboard is sheathed with ceramic granite (30x30 cm) from the inside. The camera housing is made of chipboard (16 mm).

The base of the cabinet is an all-welded metal frame in powder coating. The side laminated panels (chipboard with a thickness of 16 mm) are edged along the facade with a durable PVC edge with a thickness of 2 mm, which increases their impact resistance and mechanical strength.

Exhaust laboratory cabinets are used when working with toxic and harmful volatile materials, with clean materials, with dissolution or decomposition under heat treatment, during sample analysis and many others. The standard version of the cupboard has a countertop of the exhaust laboratory cabinet made of ceramic granite.

Porcelain stoneware (tile) has a number of advantages:

it is resistant to prolonged exposure to acids, alkalis and organic solvents,
it has higher mechanical resistance,
it withstands high temperatures,
it has limited resistance to hydrofluoric acid.
Many possible variants of table tops resistant to aggressive materials make the fume cupboard indispensable for any laboratory.

The complete set of the fume cupboard includes:
a working chamber: a lifting screen with counterweights, a granite table top;
an exhaust pipe on the cabinet lid with a diameter of 150 mm;
grounded and not grounded electrical outlets (2 items);
powder-coated metal frame (25x25 mm);
legs height-adjustable within 15 mm.
