Genta-ExoI exonuclease I hydrolyzes single-stranded DNA in the 3'→ 5' direction, releasing deoxyribonucleoside 5'-monophosphate. It does not cleave DNA chains whose 3’-end is blocked by a phosphoryl or acetyl group. Active in the PCR buffer. Isolated from a strain of Escherichia coli expressing the exonuclease I gene of E.coli.

The ALSENSE Forensic reagent kit is designed to determine and evaluate the amount of human genomic DNA and gender by real-time polymerase chain reaction in human biological material. The reagent kit is intended for use in criminology, as well as PCR research in biology and medicine. The reagent kit is based on the polymerase chain reaction method with hybridization-fluorescence detection in real time (PCR-RV) using specific TaqMan probes. Amplification of multi-copy autosomal fragments of different sizes allows for a reliable assessment of the amount of DNA in the sample under study, and amplification of a multi-copy fragment of the Y chromosome to determine gender.

The magnetic sorbent ExtraGen® is an aqueous suspension of solid-phase magnetic particles based on iron oxide and silicon oxide. It is designed to isolate nucleic acids from clinical and biological samples. The suspension of the magnetic sorbent has an "intermediate" sedimentation stability, which is especially important when using the material in automatic DNA isolation systems. ExtraGen® particles are resistant to heat, strong oxidants and intense mechanical influences (centrifugation, dispersion, etc.). The use of proprietary buffer solution allows the particles to be stored at room temperature for a year without deterioration of their sorption properties. As tests have shown, the ExtraGen® sorbent shows high efficiency in the isolation of nucleic acids both in manual mode and with the use of automatic stations.

A 5-fold reaction buffer suitable for use in the reaction of isothermal amplification of nucleic acids in LAMP and OT-LAMP formats. The standard 5x Genta LAMP buffer contains 25 mm MgSO4, which corresponds to 5 mM MgSO4 in the reaction mixture.
