IMD-21B Dose rate meter

The meter measures the equivalent dose rate of gamma radiation 0.1 to 10000 R/h in the energy range from 80 keV to 2.6 MeV with the output of information in digital form to the medium frequency control unit (BIO-05).
An alarm turns on when the equivalent dose rate of gamma radiation exceeds the set threshold (1; 5; 10; 50 or 100 R/h).
The time of measurement and alarm
turning on does not exceed 10 seconds
Operating mode setting time is 5 min

Power consumed by the meter:

- at a voltage equal to 12 V it does not exceed 12 W;
- at a voltage equal to 24 V it does not exceed 24 W

The meter functions stably:

- in a wide range of operating temperatures (from -50 to +50°C), remaining operational from -50 to +65°C;

- after staying at the temperature limits;

- at relative humidity of the surrounding air of 98 % at a temperature of +35°C;

- at the ambient atmospheric pressure as low as 460 mm Hg (61.3 kPa);

- when exposed to:

- constant magnetic field intensity up to 5 E (398 A/m)

- alternating magnetic field intensity up to 1 E (79.6 A/m)
