The mixer operates in a speed range from 50 to 1500 rpm, the maximum heating temperature of the working surface is 500 °C. The heating plate includes a base made of stainless steel and a working surface made of fire-resistant glass (glass ceramics). At temperatures above +550 °C, automatic overheating protection is triggered and turns off the heating.
