NVDM-100 High-vacuum Diffusion Pump
NVDM-100 High-vacuum Diffusion Pump
The operation of the NVDM-100 diffusion pump is based on the capture and transfer of the pumped gas by a steam jet flowing from the slit gaps of the steam line nozzles towards the outlet flange. The oil reflector of the NVDM-100 diffusion pump is a cap with a cooling tube soldered onto it with fittings. The open heater of the NVDM-100 diffusion pump is a metal housing with a ceramic base laid in it with a heating element made in the form of a spiral of nichrome wire. During the operation of the pump, it is necessary to monitor the flow rate and temperature of the cooling water, the level of the working fluid and its temperature. Replacement or refilling of the working fluid depends on the operating mode of the pump (inlet pressure, pumping duration, etc.) and the composition of the pumped medium. Therefore, the time after which the working fluid is replaced or refilled can be from 100 to 1000 or more hours. A large flow rate of the working fluid is observed when the pump is operating in the range of inlet pressures from 6.6×10-2 to 13.3 Pa (from 5×10-4 to 1×10-1 mm Hg). Water at the inlet to the cooling systems of the housing and oil reflector should be supplied with a pressure of no more than 0.5 MPa (5 kgf / cm2) and temperature from plus 4˚C to plus 25˚C. The recommended cooling water consumption is 35+5 l/h and is regulated by the outlet water temperature, which should not exceed plus 40˚C. The water drain should be free (with a jet break). Not allowed: operation of the pump without water cooling, exceeding the maximum exhaust pressure of 35 Pa (0.263 mm Hg). The level of the working fluid during operation, at which the parameters of the NVDM-100 diffusion pump are provided, must correspond to min 7mm, max 11mm. The volume of the filled working fluid is 0.07/

Vacuum membrane pump PL.HM02.01.6 Primelab
Vacuum membrane pump PL.HM02.01.6 Primelab
from 195 000 ₽
Vacuum membrane pump PL.HM02.01.6 Primelab is an effective device for creating a vacuum, as well as pumping gases and vapors. Depending on the tasks, you can achieve different device performance, which depends on the method of connecting the cameras. With a series connection, the capacity will be 38 l/min at a maximum vacuum of 6 mbar. Parallel connection of the chambers will lead to a pumping speed of 76 l/min at a maximum vacuum of 45 mbar, and an independent connection at the same vacuum will allow a performance of 38 l/min per chamber. The chemical-resistant diaphragm pump PL.HM02.01.6, developed and manufactured by the domestic company Primelab, meets IP20 protection class. It has a light weight of 8.6 kg and compact dimensions (321.5x140x200 mm). Helps you increase productivity and achieve flawless results in the laboratory.

3VVN1-3M(N) Water ring vacuum pump
3VVN1-3M(N) Water ring vacuum pump
The 3VVN1-3M(N) water ring vacuum pump with a capacity of 3.5 m3/min at an initial pressure of 0.04 MPa is designed for general industrial use, to create and maintain a vacuum in the operating pressure range from atmospheric to 10 kPa. The working fluid of the pump is water. The use of the 3VVN1-3M(H) pump for pumping out water-gas mixtures is allowed only if the bulk of the water is separated and discharged at the pump entrance. Failure to comply with this requirement may lead to unacceptable overload of the engine and destruction of the pump's working organs. The 3VVN1-3M(H) water ring vacuum pump is not intended for use in fire and explosion hazardous industries. The 3VVN1-3M(H) vacuum water ring pump is manufactured in the climatic version of UHL 4 and O4 (i.e. for moderate and cold climate) according to GOST standard 15150-69, meets the requirements of technical specifications TU 3648-053-00218526-2013, designed and manufactured taking into account the requirements of GOST R 52615-2006.

ND-500 High-vacuum diffusion pump
ND-500 High-vacuum diffusion pump
The working condition of the ND-500 diffusion pump depends on the temperature of the working fluid in the pump boiler. During the initial filling, it is recommended to fill the maximum volume of the working fluid. Working fluid is "VACMA OIL 500" vacuum oil (under technical specifications TU 19.20.29-061-00218526-2019). The total amount of working fluid in the ND-500 diffusion pump is a maximum of 5.5 liters, a minimum of 4 liters. The viewing window for visual inspection of the working fluid has marks of its maximum and minimum amounts. During normal operation of the pump, the level of the working fluid practically does not change. The temperature of the working fluid when the pump is operating at the maximum residual pressure is about 240°C to 255°C. It is recommended to monitor the operation of the heaters in the ND-500 diffusion pump using one temperature sensor. The temperature sensor must be installed in a special radiator socket above the heater. If there is a loss of working fluid and an increase in the temperature of the radiators of the ND-500 diffusion pump up to 320°C, the temperature sensor should give the command to automatically turn off the heaters. The subsequent activation of the pump heaters should not be automatic and should be carried out only after cooling the system. Water at the inlet to the cooling systems of the housing and the oil reflector must be supplied with a pressure of 0.3 MPa (3 kgf/cm2) to 0.5 MPa (5 kgf/cm2) and a temperature of plus 4 ° C to plus 25 ° C. The recommended cooling water consumption for the housing is 500 l/h, for the oil reflector it is 50 l / h. It is regulated by the outlet water temperature, which should not exceed plus 40°C. The water drain should be free (with a jet break). The required speed of action of pre-vacuum pumps at a pressure of 26 Pa (0.2 mm Hg.st) in the outlet section of the ND-500 diffusion pump should be at least 42 l/s. To reduce the losses of the working fluid of the ND-500 diffusion pump at pressures (1·10-1- 1) Pa [(7,5·10-4- 7,5·10-3) mmHg] it is recommended to install an additional LP-500 flow-through water trap on the outlet flange.
