1. A small table box TAGLER BAWS-900. Compact size for easy placement on a simple laboratory table.

TAGLER BAWS-900 is a small abacterial air box (BAWS), which is designed to work with DNA/RNA samples. It protects the workplace and DNA samples from external contamination, but does not protect the operator and the environment. It can be placed on a regular laboratory table.

2. TAGLER BAWS-1200A PCR box with automatic glass curtain lift.

TAGLER BAWS-1200A is an abacital air box (BAWS) with an automatic curtain lift. Designed to work with DNA/RNA samples and protects the workplace and DNA samples from external contamination, but does not protect the operator and the environment.

  • Working surface: stainless steel.
  • Dimensions of the working chamber (L×W×H): 1180×640×600 mm.
  • External dimensions of the cabinet (L×W×C), mm: 1200×800×1000 mm.

BAWS-1200A is equipped with one open ultraviolet lamp and an ultraviolet recirculator located in the upper part of the box.

An open UV lamp is usually turned on after completion of work to disinfect the work surface and effectively inactivate DNA/RNA fragments. Open lamps turn off automatically if you turn on the light in the box or open the door of the box (but they will work with the curtain raised. Open ultraviolet radiation is harmful to humans, so you do not need to lift the curtain when the lamps are on).

The recirculator can be turned on during operation, it cleans the air inside the box (in it the ultraviolet lamp is covered with a casing, and the air is pumped through the anti-dust filter by a fan and disinfected while it passes along the lamp, that is, UV radiation does not get to the work surface). It creates permanent aseptic working conditions inside the box.

The work surface is made of stainless steel, which is perfect for the needs of a biological or medical laboratory. The steel is resistant to prolonged exposure to temperature, organic solvents, and oils. It has limited resistance to short-term exposure to concentrated mineral acids and alkalis and is destroyed by prolonged exposure to concentrated acids.
