Within the framework of the field meeting, round tables "Prospects of the instrument base of scientific and educational organizations in the Russian Federation" and "Development of popular science tourism in the Russian Federation" were held.
The events were moderated by Dmitry Kurochkin, Vice-President of the RF CCI, who said that updating the domestic instrument base is one of the most important areas of ensuring technological sovereignty (currently dependence on foreign instrument base in Russia is very large, in some areas it reaches 90%).
The government, within the framework of the national project "Science and Universities", plans to provide grants for updating the instrument base in the amount of 15.5 billion rubles this year, which is 3.7 billion more than last year. About 200 scientific organizations will be able to use federal funds, provided that they will be spent on the purchase of domestic equipment. An additional tool to the grant support provided by the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia is the initiation by the Youth Council of the All-Russian Society of Inventors and Innovators and the Coordinating Council of the project "People's Catalog of Scientific Equipment and Consumables" ("NASHA LABA").
According to experts of the CCI of the Russian Federation, the launch of this tool is very timely, as it allows you to choose the necessary equipment and components that are not inferior to foreign analogues in quality and more affordable. The first stage in the promotion of the project in the regions was its presentation in science cities with significant scientific and technical potential. Since the project allows launching a tool for technological inter-country cooperation, opening a new sector for investment and localization of production, the possibility of promoting the project "People's Catalog of Scientific Equipment and Consumables" is currently being worked out within the framework of the Interstate Program of Innovative Cooperation of the CIS member states until 2030.

Acting Rector Vyacheslav Startsev acquainted the participants with the prospects for the development of the instrument base of the Center for Additive Technologies of the GBOU VO MO "Technological University named after twice Hero of the Soviet Union, Cosmonaut A.A.Leonov". Yuri Kiselyov, Deputy Director of the S.P. Korolev Technical School, spoke about educational and production complexes as points of growth of secondary vocational education in Russia. During the round table "Development of Popular Science tourism in the Russian Federation", Ilya Konyshev, Deputy Head of the Korolev City Administration, Alexander Dvoynikov, Director of the Coordinating Council office, discussed the mechanism of formation of popular science tourism routes, the scientific and tourist potential of Korolev and the possibilities of the Korolev CCI, which could be in demand in the implementation of tourism in science cities
Within the framework of the event, its participants visited a number of potential tourist sites of the Laboratory of Innovative Technologies LLC, the PHARMOBORONA Test Center LLC, the S.P. Korolev Cosmonautics Museum of PJSC RSC Energia.
Following the results of the field meeting, the algorithm for further promotion of the project "National Catalog of Scientific equipment and consumables" and the possibility of forming a route of the NPT from the objects of scientific and technological infrastructure of the city will be worked out.
