The indicator provides the ability to measure current without breaking circuits at a height of up to 7.5 m from ground level.
Power supply: two AAA elements of 1.5 V.
Operating conditions: temperature from -10°C to +40°C, relative humidity 80% at +25 °C.

As a measuring device, a digital multimeter with a memory function, semi-automatic selection of measurement limits is used. Measurement of alternating current up to 500 A with a measurement accuracy of 3%. Measurement of AC and DC voltage up to 600 V with a measurement accuracy of 2%; resistance measurement – up to 2.0 M ohms. Ringing of electrical circuits.
Structurally, the indicator consists of four fiberglass rods articulated with each other using connectors. On the upper rod there is a detachable magnetic circuit covering the wire in which the current must be measured. On the lower rod there is a measuring device that records the current values.
They are not subject to mandatory certification (they are not included in the “Nomenclature of products and services (works) for which mandatory certification is provided by legislative acts of the Russian Federation”. It was put into effect from 01.12.2002 by the resolution of the State Standard of the Russian Federation No. 64 dated 30.07.2002.)
