Consistometer ZM-1003M

The consistometer can be used in laboratories of grouting offices, drilling departments and oil-producing associations, as well as in laboratories of research organizations engaged in the development of formulations and research of grouting cements, mixtures and solutions for cementing wells.
The consistometer can be transported to the place of testing cement mortars in compliance with the rules of transportation specified in the passport of the device, while no additional calibration is required.
The consistometer works in conjunction with a personal computer, as well as in offline mode under the control of a microprocessor system. The pressure is set by a manual high-pressure pump by the operator.
In the dialog mode, the operator sets the parameters necessary for testing grouting solutions. The test results can be transmitted via the USB interface to a personal computer for printing, archiving or processing by user programs.
