NV-1200 SHV-M is the most low-budget exhaust cupboard of the NV line. It is single-frame, with a laminated countertop. It is intended mainly for analytical laboratories. External dimensions of the cabinet (W×D×H): 1100×700×1960 mm. Dimensions of the working area (W×D×H): 1068×540×750 mm. Table top: laminated chipboard. A minimalistic solution for your laboratory The NV-1200 SHV-M fume cupboard has a minimum of functions, which makes it the most inexpensive. The table top is made of laminated chipboard. It is relatively moisture-resistant, resistant to short-term exposure to acids, alkalis and organic solvents. This countertop does not tolerate strong heating or prolonged exposure to solvents, concentrated acids and alkalis. The working area is closed by one lifting frame with a counterweight. It has two exhaust zones: the hood of the exhaust box and the level of the countertop. Diameter of the flange for connection to the ventilation system: 150 mm. Working area size (W×D×H): 1068×540×750 mm. Please note that the cabinet narrows upwards. At a height of 50 cm, the depth of the working area will be 410 mm, and at a height of 70 cm: 365 mm. If you need to place high equipment, then make sure that it corresponds to the dimensions of the camera, otherwise you will not be able to close the cabinet. The height of the raised glass above the cabinet: 510 mm, that is, with the glass raised, the total height of the cabinet will be 2470 mm. The working area is illuminated by a fluorescent lamp (included in the package). The switch is located on the right side of the cabinet body. The base of the cabinet is made on an all-welded metal frame in powder coating. The side laminated panels (chipboard 16 mm thick) are edged on the facade with a durable PVC edge 2 mm thick, which increases their impact resistance and mechanical strength. The cabinet legs are adjustable in height within two centimeters, allowing you to place the cabinet even on a fairly uneven floor. And what are the other options? In the line of NV-1200 cabinets there is a cabinet with plumbing and a surface made of granite tiles, as well as cabinets without plumbing, and with a surface made of monolithic ceramics, stainless steel, chemically resistant plastic. They are exactly the same size as the NV-1200 SHV-M. If you need a minimalistic cabinet of large sizes, you could be interesteed in the NV-1500 SHV-M model.

Design features: The side, back walls and top are made of sheet metal. Automatic emergency power cut-off (16 A), two splash-proof sockets, a light-switch, an electrical box on the base panel's back. Flange to connect to exhaust system of ventilation (200 mm). The cabinat's base is a relocatable reinforced frame made of steel shaped tube on adjustable bearings. The exhaust box and the cabinet's base are painted with high-quality powder polymer paint, that protects the cabinet from the external effects of aggressive vapors, mechanical damage and high temperatures. Additionally, the cabinet can be equipped with a metal box for other supplementary equipment storage, consumables, tools.
