Pumping out steam-gas mixtures is allowed only when the gas-ballast device is open. The NVR-4,5D vacuum plate-rotary pump is manufactured in the climatic version of UHL 4 (i.e. for moderate and cold climate) according to GOST standard 15150-69, but to be used at ambient temperature and pumped medium 283 K to 308 K (+10˚C to +35˚C). It meets the requirements of technical specifications TU 3648-006-00218526-2002, designed and manufactured taking into account the requirements of GOST R 52615-2006. The quality of electricity grid must meet the requirements of GOST 13109-97.

Vacuum turbomolecular complex KW-50
The complex includes: single-flow turbomolecular vacuum pump VGTN-50; frequency converter; set of mounting parts; operation manual. For connection to the pre-vacuum pumping system, the pump is equipped with an ISO-KF16 exhaust flange. Pump cooling is combined. Based on the operating conditions, the complex can work both with forced air cooling and with water cooling. The working orientation in space is arbitrary. One of the key features of the pump is that a breakthrough of the atmosphere is allowed. This became possible thanks to the manufacture of a turbine from a solid billet and a special, rigid design of the bearing assembly.
