The principle of operation of the magnetization device: The device consists of two compact blocks made of non-magnetic material connected by a flexible magnetic circuit. In each block there is a permanent magnet made of neodymium-iron-boron alloy (Ne-Fe-B). When installing the blocks on the surface of the part, a closed magnetic circuit is formed with the direction of the magnetizing field from one pole to the other.
