Special anti-vibration design The three-layer design of the table allows you to maximally dampen vibrations that prevent the accurate operation of the scales: 1st layer: sand cushion. The main countertop has a built-in drawer open from above, which contains a sand cushion. 2nd layer: concrete slab — weighting. A heavy concrete slab is placed on a sand cushion. 3rd layer: a small table top. The small table top is attached to the concrete slab, completely covers it and does not come into contact with the main table top (and, therefore, does not transmit vibrations from it). The size of anti-vibration (small) table tops: 400×400 mm. For maximum isolation from vibrations, the scales should be placed in the center of this countertop. Table base: all-welded metal frame, painted with white powder paint. The design does not use rubber dampers, which have a limited service life. Both countertops are made of laminated chipboard. It is well suited for the placement of devices, but is not resistant to concentrated acids, alkalis and organic solvents. The damping surface protrudes above the main tabletop, but visually it does not differ from it in any way. The countertops and side laminated panels (chipboard 16 mm thick) are edged with a durable PVC edge 2 mm thick, which increases their impact resistance and mechanical strength. The legs of the table are adjustable in height within two centimeters, allowing you to place it even on a rather uneven floor.

The working condition of the ND-1000 diffusion pump depends on the temperature of the working fluid in the pump boiler. During the initial filling, it is recommended to fill the maximum volume of the working fluid. The working fluid is "VACMA OIL 500" vacuum oil (under technical specifications TU 19.20.29-061-00218526-2019). The total amount of working fluid in the ND-1000 diffusion pump is a maximum of 23 liters, a minimum of 16 liters. The viewing window for visual inspection of the working fluid has marks of its maximum and minimum amounts. During normal operation of the pump, the level of the working fluid practically does not change. The temperature of the working fluid when the pump is operating at the maximum residual pressure is about 240°C to 255°C. It is recommended to monitor the operation of heaters in the ND-1000 diffusion pump using two temperature sensors. The temperature sensor must be installed in a special radiator socket above the heater. In the event that there is a loss of working fluid and an increase in the temperature of the radiators to 360 0C for the ND-1000 diffusion pump, the temperature sensor must give the command to automatically turn off the heaters. The subsequent activation of the pump heaters should not be automatic and should be performed only after cooling the system. Water at the inlet to the cooling systems of the housing and the oil reflector must be supplied with a pressure of 0.3 MPa (3 kgf/cm2) to 0.5 MPa (5 kgf/cm2) and a temperature of plus 4°C to plus 25°C. The recommended cooling water consumption for the housing is 1500 l/h, for the oil reflector 150 l / h and is regulated by the outlet water temperature, which should not exceed plus 40°C. The water drain should be free (with a jet break).
