The recipient of the claim within 10 working days from the date of its receipt must consider and respond to the claim in writing. If no agreement is reached between the parties, the dispute is considered in the manner prescribed by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

The Company reserves the right to make changes to these rules unilaterally, provided that such changes do not contradict the current legislation of the Russian Federation. Changes to the terms of these rules come into force after they are published on the Site.
